| | In mid-2007, Mr. Onn joined Mr. Ohad Shaked to form Shaked Global Group Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in establishing, managing and driving businesses towards Global business expansion. Before joining Shaked, from 2001-2007, Mr. Onn was an Executive VP, Strategy & Business Development, at Ness Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NSTC), a global IT services provider. During his tenure, Mr. Onn played a major role in defining and executing Ness’ global expansion strategy and was personally responsible for its aggressive M&A planning and execution, its European business establishment and operation (“Ness Europe”) and Inter-company business activities. Prior to Ness, Mr. Onn founded and managed several high-tech companies in the areas of software and Internet, security and telecomm, in Israel and in the UK. Mr. Onn received his undergraduate degree in computer science and economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
